Terms and Conditions for "September Promo"

General Terms and Conditions

1. Applicability: The "September Promo" package is applicable for booking of classes at all participating studios in Singapore (City Hall & AZ @ Paya Lebar).
2. Eligibility: This package is only valid for non-members as a first-time tryout of all available classes.
3. Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable: Once purchased, the package is non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of the reason.
4. Exclusions: This package is not applicable for corporate classes or events.
5. Promotions: The package is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
6. Validity: The package is valid for 5 months validity from the date of booking the first class. Strictly NO EXTENSIONS. The promo shall be activated no later than 1 week after purchase otherwise, activated automatically. 
7. Unused Classes: Any unused classes within the 5 months period can be carried over to a regular package after purchase.
8. Personal Use: The package must be utilized by the person who purchased it and cannot be shared.
9. Limited to one promo deal per person regardless of completed transactions. Sharing of the promo package is not allowed.

10. ⁠Scheduled classes are subject to cancellations if less than min pax. A 1-week extension will be given as compensation.

 

Specific Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservations: 
  - All class bookings are subject to availability.
  - Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot in the desired classes.
  - The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at its discretion as it deemed reasonably fit. 
 
2. Class Attendance:
  - Participants are required to arrive on time for scheduled classes. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
  - It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are medically and physically fit to participate in the classes of the Academy. Do take doctor’s advice if unsure. 
 
3. *Conduct and Safety:
  - Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the trainers and adhere to the studio’s safety guidelines.
  - The studio reserves the right to refuse admission to any participant who fails to comply with these guidelines or behaves inappropriately.
 
4. Package Activation and Expiration:
  - The package is activated upon booking the first class and must start 1 week upon registration.
  - The package will expire 5 months from the date of the first class booking.

   - Submission of weight loss result must be completed within 5 weeks upon attending the first class.

   - Cancelling a booked class within 3 hours of its start time will result in non-refundable class credit and will be considered utilised.
 
5. Amendments and Changes:
  - The studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  - All reasonable efforts will be attempted for changes / alterations.  Changes will be effective immediately and communicated to participants through the app or email. Updated schedule will be made available on the booking app and on our official website.
